Cooking Oil

Includes a range of vegetable oils, such as Sesame, Canola, and Olive oils. Does not include dripping, or the animal fat residue from cooking.

Cooking oil can be re-used in the home if it is uncontaminated, after filtering through a fine cloth.

Commercially there are re-use merchants in southern Tasmania - phone them and check how best to handle your cooking oil, when it is exhausted.
